Welcome to Khareedo. By accessing or using our marketplace app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before using our services.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with our policies or that we suspect may be fraudulent. If an order is canceled, the customer will be notified via email or phone, and any payments made will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.

Refund Policy

Customers are entitled to a refund within 7 days of receiving their order. To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. The refund process will begin once we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping costs for returns may be deducted from the refund amount.

Check on Delivery

Our delivery service includes a “Check on Delivery” feature, allowing customers to inspect their products at the doorstep before accepting them. Our delivery rider will wait while you check the product for any defects or discrepancies. If there are any issues, you may refuse to accept the product, and we will process a return and refund accordingly.

Use of the Marketplace

By using Khareedo, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Engage in fraudulent activities or transactions.
• Post or transmit any false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
• Use the marketplace for any unauthorized or illegal purposes.

User Accounts

To use certain features of our marketplace, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Khareedo app, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Khareedo or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Khareedo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, use, data, or other intangible losses.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
