We understand the excitement you experience when shopping online. That’s why we’re equally excited to deliver the product without a scratch and as quickly as possible. While we try to get your product into your hands as fast as possible, all online orders usually take 3-5 working days to be there. In extremely rare cases, it may take up to 7 working days. Like you, our valued staff likes to enjoy life as well. As such, the only times Myle Cart can’t deliver are Sundays and Public Holidays.

Refund Policy

Exchange
Our policy lasts 05 days after receiving. If 05 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You have to captured video while opening the parcel ro avail the exchange policy. If you need to exchange it share the video with us and also your order no., send us an email at mylecart220@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
