Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Luxelegacy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:
Luxelegacy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping:
We currently do not ship outside the country.

Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Some items are non-returnable, including [list any specific items, e.g., personalized items, clearance items].

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at luxelegacy133@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want to exchange is not available, we will issue a refund.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Final Sale Items:
Some items are marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. These items will be clearly labeled on our website.
