Verification Process

To process returns efficiently and verify the legitimacy of claims, Khareedo requires customers to follow our video verification policy:

  1. Verification Video: Customers must create a verification video of the package through our app. This video should:
    • Clearly show the package and its contents.
    • Include the scanning of the barcode on the package to ensure it matches the seller’s shipment.
    • Be automatically uploaded to our secure server via the Khareedo app.
  2. The verification video helps us determine whether the issue lies with the seller or the customer, ensuring a fair resolution for all parties involved.

Return and Replacement Process

Once a return request is received and verified:

  • Size Issues:
    • If the return is due to a size mismatch, the seller will provide a replacement of the correct size.
  • Seller Fault:
    • If the seller is at fault (e.g., wrong product, damaged product), Khareedo will process an immediate payment refund to the customer after review.

  • Returns will only be accepted if the verification video is submitted and matches our policy requirements.
  • The barcode scanning step ensures that the package is authentic and helps safeguard both customers and sellers.
  • In cases where a customer fails to provide a verification video or the video does not comply with our requirements, the return request may be denied.

Our Commitment to Protecting Sellers: Lost Package Policy

At Khareedo, we understand the trust sellers place in us to deliver their products safely. In the rare instance of a lost package during transit by our delivery partner, we have established a clear and fair policy to address such situations:

  1. Responsibility for Lost Packages
    • If a package is confirmed as lost by the delivery partner, Khareedo will initiate a claim process on behalf of the seller to recover the package’s value.
    • The loss confirmation is determined through an investigation conducted by the delivery partner, with full support and coordination from Khareedo.
  2. Compensation to Sellers
    • Once the claim is approved by the delivery partner, the reimbursed amount will be transferred to the seller.
    • Sellers will receive compensation equivalent to the package’s declared value as specified during order creation.
  3. Claim Process
    • Sellers must provide accurate and complete information, including package contents, value, and any required documentation.
    • Khareedo will manage the claim with the delivery partner and keep the seller informed throughout the process.
  4. Resolution Timeframe
    • Claims are subject to the delivery partner’s policies and timelines. However, Khareedo ensures regular updates to minimize delays and keep sellers informed.
  5. Seller’s Responsibility
    • Accurate declaration of the package value during order creation is essential.
    • Discrepancies or missing documentation may result in delays or denial of compensation.
  6. Disclaimer
    • Khareedo’s liability is limited to the amount reimbursed by the delivery partner.
    • If the delivery partner denies the claim, Khareedo cannot directly compensate the seller.
